Come and Live Happy, Joyous, and Free with Us!

What is Reco12?

Reco12 is an organization with the mission of learning and sharing the similarities of addiction of all kinds and gaining and sharing tools and hope from others who are walking a similar path.  We have also learned that recovery from addictions of all kinds can be achieved in similar ways.  We come together from all places, faiths and backgrounds to gain tools and hope from others who are walking a similar path.

Our Flagship Podcast

Reco12 records live on Zoom each Friday at 1:00 pm Eastern time.  We invite a speaker who has at least 1 year sobriety and who is actively working their recovery in their 12 Step fellowship.  That person shares their experience, strength, and hope on a recovery topic for 25 minutes.  They then answer questions from the moderator and the live audience for another 20-25 minutes.

A Shares-only, Open, 12-Step Meeting

Reco12 Shares is an always open, always available unaffiliated recovery meeting.  You can click into the podcast and hear 4 to 6, short, Solution-based shares in each episode at any time.  You can also submit your own Solution-based shares at any time through our SpeakPipe portal that can be accessed from any smartphone, tablet, or computer.

A Page-by-Page Study of the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous

This Big Book Roundtable will be made up of 3 RECOVERED addicts from multiple fellowships (David G, Ashley S, and Nikki M) and a moderator (Justin B) who are living in and mentoring the Solution as laid out in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous.  In each 30 minute episode, we will be swimming through a few paragraphs and sharing our experience, strength, and hope in a round table style conversation.  It is very thought-provoking!

A Deep Dive Into the Solution in the Big Book

Noodle it out with Nikki M, "intelligent agent, Spearhead of God's ever-advancing Creation", is an exercise and deep dive into finding solutions to questions, issues, and things we encounter in everyday life, in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous.  We (Nikki M and Justin B) will bring a couple of questions from our own lives, from the lives of people we work with in recovery, and from the listening audience to the Big Book.  Get your Big Book and marking pen and notebooks out and get ready to dive deep into the Solution!  "What Does the Book Say?"
